Access to services
All services on meetcrunch.com are restricted to users over 18 years of age.
By registering to these services, you accept to:
- remain respectful in your exchanges with other members
- never make any commercial use of the site, such as trying to sell or promote services to members
- never engage with any otherwise illegal activity
The content you publish on this site should never contain any of the following:
- sexually explicit images, videos or references
- personal information such as email addresses, phone numbers or physical addresses
- content that may be seen as apologies of alcohol, weapons, violence or tobacco
- any otherwise illegal or shocking content
Adding such content may result in the termination of your account and a definitive ban. In fact, meetcrunch.com is authorized to block or delete data from your account at any time, without prior notice nor justification.
Use of the services is limited to one account per person. Any person creating multiple accounts may be blocked from the site and have his accounts deleted.
Messages exchanges
All message exchanges are carried out under your own responsibility. We advise you to be cautious when exchanging messages with unknown people. Do not give any personal information nor any banking details to people you have never met. When establishing a new meeting with an unknown person, choose a public place and try to bring other people along with you or tell your relatives where you are going.
Privacy
To be able to offer its services, meetcrunch collects information provided by its users and makes use of Cookies. Your private data such as your email address is collected for meetcrunch's purposes to communicate with its users. They may be used for commercial purposes, though in a limited manner. If you do not want your information to be used with this purpose, you can contact us through the contact form on meetcrunch's website. The private information we gather will not be revealed unless legally required - for example as part of a request from police forces or justice.
You are reminded that all information submitted on the Website might potentially be publicly accessible. Important and private inforamtion should be protected by you. meetcrunch is not responsible for protecting, nor is liable for failing to protect the privacy of your information or messages transferred through the Internet or other networks used.
Limitation of responsibility
We advise you that meetcrunch can not verify that the content of all profiles on the site is correct and true. meetcrunch does not conduct any criminal background checks on its users. We therefore strongly advise you to use extreme caution before sharing personally identifiable information with other users.
Paid functionalities
Advanced functionalities are available for members who subscribe to the "VIP status".

Subscriptions
Advanced functionalities are available to members through the VIP status. Users can subscribe to this status through auto-renewing subscriptions with periods of 1 week, 1 month, 3 months or 6 months. The VIP status will be immediately activated upon payment of the first subscription period. Subscriptions purchased through the iOS app will be charged through iTunes. Auto-renewing subscriptions can be canceled directly from your iTunes account.
Rights
By using our services, you grant meetcrunch a licence to use the intellectual property rights attached to the content provided by your (the member) for the purpose of broadcasting on the meetcrunch site.
This licence in particular incorporates the right for meetcrunch to reproduce, represent, adapt, translate, scan, use for publicity purposes, commercial and non-commercial, sub-license or assign the content concerning the Member (profile text, information, photos, videos, descriptions, search criteria etc) on all or part of the meetcrunch service, and/or in mailings sent by meetcrunch, in a general manner, on all distribution media, in particular electronic (email, text messaging, MMS, Internet, CD-ROM, DVD-ROM, App store, Google Play etc).
The member expressly authorizes meetcrunch to modify this content in order to conform to the look and feel of the meetcrunch services and/or other communications media. These rights are worldwide and exist for the entirety of the agreement set out between the member and meetcrunch.
